I am always partial to a lovely steamy dumpling. What’s not to love? They are little pillows of joy encased in a blanket of happiness.

So how hard can they be to make?

As it turns out they’re not too hard at all! Fiddley and a little time consuming, yes, but totes worth it.

I started with a spiced sweet potato filling first and graduated to an Asian pork mince mix.

Now I’m on the hunt for a delicious new filling. Watch this space.
