Thing #20 ‘Frozen’ Frosting
Due to food allergies I was restricted in ingredients for my frosting but found a great dairy free alternative that held its shape when piped. I had never piped frosting before and it was fun! I found some edible glitter at a cake decorating shop nearby (which was ah-mazing and daunting all at the same time – how do peeps do that so pretty?!)
Voila! Frozen inspired cakes. That tasted as pretty as they looked.
